As all products in the DonG Disagne shop are printed or embroidered on demand, products cannot be taken back and exchanged, and therefore returns are unfortunately not permitted.
So be careful not to make any mistakes, especially in choosing the size of the clothes, by consulting the "Size Guide" provided in the description of each item.
In the event of a major delay in delivery, a delivery error due to the printer or the source of the product(s) that arrived damaged, please use the contact form (available at the bottom of each page of the shop or in the main menu) so that I can decide on a possible refund.
